Heartsaver® Total Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online
The AHA’s Heartsaver Total Pediatric course is a web-based, self-directed program designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs first aid and CPR training to achieve a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA, EMSA), or other requirements. The course is intended for those involved in childcare / daycare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.
How does it work? You must purchase the online course in addition to these skills sessions. This can be found at https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartsaver-pediatric-first-aid-cpr-aed-online. Each student will need their own individual email address and set up their unique AHA eLearning accounts. This online course will take you approximately 4 hours to complete online. You must complete your online class before your skills session that is in person with an instructor at Lifeline Training Center. The digital online course is Non-refundable. After successful completion of your online class, you will need to email us your proof of completion or print it and bring it with you to your in person skills session. It will be needed to attend the skills session. In this 4 hour skills session we will also be covering: immunization requirements, medication administration, car seats, poison control, State of California Asthma curriculum and much more.
