Blended Training:  You will find the online class at  https://online.hsi.com choose either CPR and AED (All Ages) or CPR, AED and First Aid (All Ages) and complete your online portion.  This a web-based, self-directed program that gives you the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and prevent cardiopulmonary arrest and First Aid.  You must purchase this class separately from this skills session.  Email or bring your printed proof on completion to your skills session.
